Shipping Policy.

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. We use UPS for shipping and provide a tracking number via email once the items have been shipped. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but will charge and additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once packages have been shipped and picked up by UPS, they are out of our hands. 

Standard Shipping
We offer standard ground shipping within the United States for a flat rate fee of $8. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location.

Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited two day shipping within the United States for a flat rate fee of $25. Please select expedited shipping at checkout. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location.

In-Store Pick-Up
If you choose to use our in-store pick-up option, we ask for you to please pick up your items within 7 days of purchase. Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up will be ready in 24 hours. We will notify you via email when your items are ready for pick-up.

Return Policy.

We want you to love everything you receive from us, but we understand not everything works out. Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 7 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to intimate a return or exchange. Wildflower & Whiskey will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit added onto your account. You can use this store credit online or in-store. We will reach out to you via email with store credit once your return has been received and processed. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items on sale are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
